CDMA Towers
I recently purchased a Samsung S9, and I switched carriers. Does anyone on verizon with an S9 have issues learning towers? I am on Xfinity Wireless, but it rides on the Verizon network. I try learning them, and am not able to do so. Is it a permission issue or is the S9 running Oreo the issue? I used to use Llama to do some basic geofencing, and llama would not work any longer, so I bought Automagic because it looked like I may be able to do similar things, but much more also.
Re: CDMA Towers
Have you turned on the location before doing scanning? Android Oreo seems to put a lot of restriction when dealing with location feature.

Location is set to high accuracy, and the app is set for location permission. None of the apps that try to get this information have been able to on this s9 or in my wife's s9
