EAP to release version migration

Post by Wibbly » 02 Apr 2015 08:23

"Flows opened, saved and created with the EAP version will usually not be compatible with old versions of Automagic"

But if I run the next EAP version and them migrate to the release version of that EAP version, it should be ok, right?

Yes, this should usually be the case. However, EAP at some times means really early and only limited testing goes into the first few EAP builds so something in the EAP could be so horribly wrong that it's not possible to migrate to the final version. In the worst case you might have to go back to a previous backup of your flows.
