Menu > Execute > don't change nothing > OK
Debug Dialog report: triggertime = 2014-01-22 19:56:20; value = 2014-01-22 19:56:20 (correct)

2.
Menu > Execute > change only hours or minutes > OK
Debug Dialog report: triggertime = 2014-01-22 20:06:25; value = 2013-12-22 20:56:00 (incorrect)

I can reproduce this bug. Fixed in the next EAP version.

The title should only be displayed when you set a value in the title field. Did you set a title?

The second screenshot is a bug. It should allow to scroll on smaller screens. Will be fixed in the next EAP build.
