Alarm clock

Post by boruciak » 15 Feb 2019 16:01

Hi,
Can I turn off the alarm that is already in progress?
The alarm clock is systemic.
OR
set the alarm clock status to off before the ring.
Tnx

AFAIK Automagic doesn't have the direct access to the already-set alarm. Maybe some dumpsys or root command can cancel it. But most alarm clock show a permanent notification prior the alarm, usually 30 minutes before. It usually has a button to turn off/silence that alarm. You can use Trigger Notification on Statusbar, choose your alarm. Add action Perform action on Notification on Statusbar, click the button which has the label to turn off/silence the alarm. The flow should works fine even if the screen is off

Tnx.
I wanted to do this but I have a smartwatch that wakes up. This is Samsung Gear and automagic has no support.
I wanted to make an alarm clock based on the calendar. When I have a day off from work, it does not ring...
Thanks. I will be experimenting.

You might want to make alarm directly in Automagic, as explained in this thread : viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7210
Use your calendar event as the trigger.
