I've noticed a very key factor here... "estimation".
Since we are estimating anyway, we can check out whatever calculation works for us, and with whatever precision works for us.

@horschte I think you're very correct in your approach.
I mean, here we are trying to pinpointing the exact remaining battery time that is left with exact calculations based on variable factors such as SOT.
It seems that the presumable agreeable method was in the estimation-factor all along.
That means no precise power-readings with amps, volts and temperature, but simply subtracting current time from the latest charging time and see how that went.
I can see how this would work very well since this method encompasses every action that the user does with his/her phone. Such as turning screen on/off.
