Date trigger type?

Post by arminius808 » 08 May 2018 05:17

I'm using the time trigger type, with my location at work.
To remind me to do some tasks at work that slip my mind.
It has monday to Sunday you can tick on and off, then a time.

I'm getting caught out on public holidays, I'm supposed to do things then as if it was a weekend.

Is there a time reminder that can be as specific as 07-05-18 20:30 or 24-04-18 05:30.

Since it is always on public holiday, you can use Trigger Calendar Event, if your calendar already has the public holiday in it. Or you can create the holiday event for that day. You can even negate the trigger, so only when there is no calendar, the trigger will happen. Look at my index, Date/Time for more example on calendar.

You can also use Trigger Calendar (it is different from Trigger Calendar Event) for things that happen monthly or once, but you have to set the flow manually everytime you need. The other method is to use Trigger Global Variable Date/Time, where you can pass a datetime variable to a certain global variable and have it triggered when the time set has come.

Thanks, the global date will work perfectly.
