Geofencing gps lag

The geofencing has worked flawlessly since January, but the last 2 weeks it has has lagged entering the triggers by 50-80 meters, resulting in late or completely missed triggers. Does not seem to be device specific, as both my S2 tablet and S8 plus phone are experiencing the same trigger delays. What happened?

Hi,

Maybe Google toggled some kind of server side switch that affects the accuracy of the location detection of your device in your area. Please try to reboot the devices once and check in the system settings that the location mode of the device is still set to the values you'd expect. Also check if WiFi scanning is still allowed.
