ON CONTINUOUS RESTARTING (FAILURE) PHONE AFTER 3.TH RESTARTING CAN REBOOT TO RECOVERY? THERE WAS A SITUATION BEFORE, I HAVE NOT RECOVERED A BACKUP PHONE. ANY IDEAS? THANKS FOR SUGGESTIONS.

I don't understand what you mean. If you mean the phone is in bootloop state, you should find the way to get it out of it. Automagic can't help in any case, since it hasn't started. But if you need to reboot to recovery using automagic, you can use action execute root command : reboot recovery.
For generic bootloop, try to boot to recovery by using combination button, to wipe the cache (only cache! not others!). It is different in each phone, google with your phone model : "Enter recovery mode {yourphonemodel}". Or you can try safe mode too, google it too using safe mode keyword.
