Mute ringing so caller name is heard SOLVED

Hi,
I can't find the action to silence/ lower the ringing sound So Speech Output can say the caller's name.

short version
Trigger Incoming call Ringing, Output speech caller_name or "unknown".

Edit
I found the right action "set audio volume" nothing else (edited what this part of the flow did before adding set audio volume)
