pause between 2 actions

Coming from tasker I'm trying auto magic, but for now i can't seem to find the option to get a pause between the launch of starting 2 programs. I'm trying to make a flow for navigating in my car. I use camSam and sygic for that. First i like camsam to start and if it is completely started up, then sygic can start. If i let them both start at the same time, one of them doesn't start. Is there such a time action available?

There is an action called "Sleep". Place that in between your actions for launching each app.

And... it works. Thank you. Because of the name given to the specific action "Sleep" i thought it had something to do with the device getting to sleep.
