Screen off condition?

I am evaluating this app and I wonder if there is also a screen OFF condition on which can be tested? There is a screen ON option though...

Condition is either true or false. If "screen on" condition is NOT true, then it must be false. Can you guess what that means?

Thank you for the reply. Indeed, you can select the condition, whether it's true or false. I didn't see that before. It's clear to me, thanks..
