Exception when disabling Bluetooth

Post by X_hobbes » 21 Mar 2013 01:47

Hi folks,

I've just created a simple workflow that triggers on a time, disables Bluetooth, sleeps 15 seconds, enables Bluetooth (my Bluetooth tends to fail unless reset each day). However, when attempting to disable Bluetooth, Automagic generates the following error:

"End executing action 'Set Bluetooth State: Off' and exception Could not disable the bluetooth adapter"

The funny thing is that it actually did disable Bluetooth, but the error causes the workflow to abort. I suspect that Automagic is trying to get the Bluetooth state too quickly and failing. The Bluetooth is not yet disabled before the exception is thrown, as it takes about 4 seconds for it to disable.

I'm going to break up the workflow into two separate timed scripts, so it works, but would like for it to work as designed.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S2 on AT&T, running Gingerbread.

Help is appreciated.

Thanks,
