I tried to open a topic at "my calendar" but it won't work ... how can I open a topic at "my calendar"?

I don't understand your question. Do you want to create a new event in one of your calendars?
There is no built-in action to do this but you can try the Start Activity action as described in this post.

Hi Martin, sorry ... I'll try it again:
My trigger is an incoming call with a specified Number.
I want to read in "my calendar" all over the actual day a
phrase like "meeting with bob" or "holidays" and wanted
to use/ condition it for different actions.
My search has to include the whole day to get different conditions at special callers.
Important is NOT to use the google-calendar because I've to keep some informations strictly private.

There is no action to read all calendar entries for a day. Only possibility is to use a condition Google Calendar Event and to check whether an event is currently ongoing (+/- some offsets) when you get an incoming call.
