Enable Sent Flow names format to be configurable

In the topic http://tinyurl.com/y993b4bx, the issue of exported/sent flow names having a fixed name format is raised. The current name format is flowsyyyy-MM-dd_HHmmss.xml, but users may find that other formats are more useful for them. For example, MM-dd-yyyy_HH-mm-ss_Flows.xml.
