Mobile Data Used Percentage??

I wanna have two bars, one showing how much I should have used by now based on my data plan and date and time - I have that. And the other one showing how much I actually have used by now. So by visually looking at the two bar charts I can see that I should iether slow down with my data usage or can watch a movie over data and still have lots left (:
