Regarding Dropbox Sync option

Hello,
Is it possible to add a feature that not always upload everything upto dropbox everytime I sync?
What I mean is that, for example, I want to upload my songs there, and there are already some songs I uploaded before.
It'd be repetitive to upload again when certain songs are already there.
A file checking system would be really nice, like what "titanium backup" do.
If it is possible to achieve, it will save up some time.
