k9 mail to sms forward including the mail body

Hello,
I wanna generate a flow where I forward a received email as sms.
But there is a body text varaiable in k9 mail missing. So I can't forward
the email message body into the sms text (sms_text variable).
The forwared mail only contains 160 text characters.
I wanna use my phone as a email to sms gateway.
