It's probably better not to display your personal email address in a post. You can edit the post by clicking on the pencil icon as shown circled in the example screenshot below.
And as you can see, you can post screenshots here. Click on 'attachments' which is below the window where you type your message and after selecting the file select 'place inline'

With regards to your problem, you should stsrt with the trigger:

Storage Media Event

"The trigger Storage Media Event is executed when the system mounts or unmounts the SD card or makes other changes involving the storage media."

Then you can use many different actions like FILE OBSERVER or COPY FILES to achieve what you want.
