Switch Keyboard for Coding

Post by madra » 12 Dec 2016 16:58

A pretty simple one this.

I've got Hacker's Keyboard installed on my tablet and I use this instead of the standard Google Keyboard, when using coding / terminal type apps. This flow will switch the keyboard to Hacker's Keyboard whenever certain apps are launched [or brought to the foreground] and switch back to the default Google Keyboard when those apps are closed [or backgrounded].

You'll need to change the app references in the flow as, at the minute, it's triggered by Qpython3 or Quoda. You'll also have to tinker with the selected 'default' keyboard setting, if you don't use Google Keyboard.

[EDIT: Whoops! Forgot. It's actually two flows; one which sets the Hacker's Keyboard and one which restores the default. I'm new to Automagic, so wasn't sure if there was a way to combine both actions into one flow. Second flow added to post]
