shortcut to on/off Wi-Fi AP

This flow is activating by shortcut.
Press once to turn on Wi-Fi access point. Press second time to turn it off.
Moreover it remembers state of Wi-Fi and Data Transfer which was active before you turn on AP.
It means that if you had turned on Wi-Fi earlier, it willbe activated after turning off AP.
If you had turned on data transfer earlier, it will be turned on after turning off AP.
If neither Wi-Fi nor data transfer were on earlier, non of them will be activated after turning off AP.

It should works now. File from first post is now at my ftp server. I do not know why option "publish flow" generates sometimes wrong links.
