The text field in action Write to File should also accept new lines so an option to insert a line break should be shown on the soft keyboard.

Sure, the same permission is also used to query the sms content provider by action Query Content Provider. Risking the removal of the entire app is currently not an option.

It might be possible to do this again with version 1.38 (currently in testing). This will likely not work on all devices but you can give the new option 'Use accessibility service' a shot.

Automagic can use most permissions too, only the permission to read the SMS database was not granted so only trigger SMS Sent is affected. I'm currently not in the mood of attempting to get this permission again since it could lead to the removal of Automagic from Google Play.

Sorry again for the huge amount of time I'm using for v1.38. I'm still testing the new way to access external storage with the goal to make it work on as many devices and Android versions as possible without breaking anything.

This sounds like you are using the evaluation version. This version is limited to a maximum of 20 flows. I highly recommend to download the APK from Google Play and copy it to this device. You will get another license message that will allow to send a mail respectively you can send me the text from ...

You could also copy the text of the license error mail to the clipboard and paste it to a direct message of this forum. I only need the device id that's shown in the error mail to generate a license key.
