Notification on statusbar doesn't appear
I have a really weird problem with my SmartUnlock statusbar notifications. I can't be sure when it started, but it did work before. In my modified SmartUnlock flows, a flow displays an ongoing statusbar notification using one of three actions, depending on the lock status. 1 notification has the tit...

Re: Create your own quick setting tile on Marshmallow
All right I'll give it a try when I have some time. I just never coded in Java (I use Adobe AIR and Haxe at the moment) so I'll need to read up some stuff about how to actually make a plug-in, build an apk etc.

Re: Can't Zip File to SDCARD
If I understand correctly, this works through Android's Storage Access Framework, which is slower and has other problems (which may or may not be relevant to your use cases). For people who are not rooted or don't want to bother with extra setup, sure they should go ahead and use the built-in option...

Re: Can't Zip File to SDCARD
If you're rooted, you can grant any app permissions to write to external sd card. Not for the faint-hearted, though! E.g. instructions from this thread apply (see `Tip 2: Enable "Save to SD" feature`). If you're rooted and use the XPosed Framework, you can use the "Marshmallow SD Fix" module which, ...

Re: Workarounds for Automagic app in the Play Store
Is this app still needed? What is the exact list of actions that require to install this app? Does having a rooted phone negate the need for this app?

Re: Action: turn off screen (not lock device)
On a rooted device, you can try to turn the screen off with Execute Root Command: input keyevent POWER to simulate pressing the power button. Like they say, everything genius is simple. I've found this approach works quite well in many programs that support macros (e.g. Far file manager for Windows...

Re: Customize "Automagic Premium" notification
MURTUMA , good to hear that. I got a 2 GB RAM version of Motorola Moto G3 and I rarely use memory-heavy apps (if I ever use the browser, it's usually one or two tabs). So I really doubt I'll have the "memory full" situation often. And then I'm sure the accessibility service of Automagic will do a r...
