Receiving emails
What methods do folk use to trigger/control flows based email (Gmail) receipt? Do you use a separate email client that supports the Locale plugin spec/intents (if so which one?)? Or base it on detecting notifications from Gmail in some way? I want to send a device an email with some unique "trigger ...

Sending a SMS and Android's SMS apps
I have a flow that sends a SMS and then opens Google's Messenger app so I can manually see if it's actually been sent and then received. When the Messenger app opens it says the message could not be sent and tap to resend. Actually it *has* been sent as the receiving phone gets it! If a put in a del...

Re: Questions on Automagic Functionality
Automagic supports intents ('Send Broadcast' action), so if your other app supports Android Intents you can pass it information and get it to do something. This may also help:

Detect signal strength of connected Bluetooth device

Re: Set Lock PIN/Password action
Thanks for the quick response. Would you consider adding variable support as an enhancement request?

Set Lock PIN/Password action
I'm thinking of developing a flow to dynamically set the PIN calculated from/based on the current time, updated each time the display comes on or the time advances. So anyone who sees the PIN being used won't be able to use the same PIN if they try soon after. This is a recipe to lock myself out of ...

Re: two time triggers?
Hi, do you mean if I set the "interruptions" to Priority but do not select anything as a priority, and then drop volumes to Zero (vibrate) ? I meant ensure your individual app notifications don't normally cause a vibration (you may have them set that way anyway in their respective settings). Then 1...

Re: two time triggers?
No, because I hate vibrate mode, having it vibrate at everything I do... The chime could be got rid of, that is an option, but I like it on during the day, so that would be another thing that needs to be turned off by my automagic script every night, and back on in the morning... Me too. Not sure w...
