Re: Possible to automatically disable fast charging at night?

There's actually an app that does it, too, which of course requires root. I use it on my other phone that is rooted, and have it enable/disable charging between something like 30-80% when I leave the phone plugged in while using it as a hotspot. But of course, doing it with AM would be better since ...

Re: Volume bug with Sound action

I didn't expect this to work and, unfortunately, it doesn't. If anything, I'd think it might make it worse, since if it started playing the audio even sooner, it would take even longer into the audio before the volume got where it should be. But there was no difference. Also, remember it happens wit...

Re: Flows occasionally get stuck executing debug dialog; AM inccorectly states missing permissions

Don't remember for sure, but I rarely restart it, so probably hadn't been restarted for a while before it happened. But I also don't have low RAM issues; Android generally does pretty good at managing that. And not sure why low RAM would cause that very specific issues of causing a flow to get stuck...

Re: Possible to automatically disable fast charging at night?

Mainly based off of Accubattery, which monitors how much of the battery is discharged in % and charged in mAh over time to calculate the capacity. Also, when I'm using it, it loses very close to 10%/h, even when driving, running GPS, and playing music over BT. So I get roughly 10h of SOT like that (...

Re: Execution Count condition issues

I think you misunderstood the problem. It's not branching-related or anything else like that. It was returning true when (I thought) it shouldn't have because I would run the flow, it would increment the counter, then I would run the flow again and it would be at the set count. The problem was two-f...

Re: Volume bug with Sound action

It happens in multiple flows. As I said, I made a different flow to speak the battery level, which is very short, so the TTS action is right at the start. It still does it. It always ramps up the volume at the same time into when it starts, so consistently that I ended up making it say "The battery ...

Re: Flows occasionally get stuck executing debug dialog; AM inccorectly states missing permissions

Moto Z Play, stock rom, 8.0. If by "kill all button" you mean stopping the AM service, I had no choice, since that's the only thing I could do to get the flows to stop running once they got stuck on the debug condition.

Re: Error when deleting files

Yeah. I wonder the same, but wasn't willing to risk it, especially when I came up with an alternate, and I think better, solution. I mainly just wanted others to be able to see it if they happen to be having a similar problem. Nonetheless, it would be great if @Martin could confirm.

Re: Possible to automatically disable fast charging at night?

@Desmanto My battery has only lost ~6% after 3.5 years. So while that's only one case, and does not make a trend, I would argue that it definitely works in favor of not fully charging. And while I used slow-charging much more than fast-charging for much of the first 2.5 years, this past year has bee...

Re: Possible to automatically disable fast charging at night?

What's the difficulty level on that? Is soldering or programming required, or is it just a matter of putting the chip in a box and connecting a power supply? At the very least, you must have to connect to it somehow to give it an SSID. I'm interested in something like this, both for the charging and...
