What do you think what difference there'll be? Telling us first helps avoiding to explain to you the most obvious, and focus on what you don't seem to understand. For a start, think of 3 actions "action1", "pause 5 seconds", and "action2", and examine how execution may get affected.

How would you start Sygic on a specific address when not launched by Automagic? Once that is answered, one could think of how to set up an Automagic flow which does the equivalent.

Sounds as texts aren't read by Automagic, as you have uninstalled it. You should figure out what exactly (that means, a bit more specific than "the phone") reads those texts. Once you know that, you can reconfigure or disable that component.
