In the incoming call trigger, check 'All' for all numbers. Then use the 'Time range' condition for the day and time you want. Delete the Expression condition that checks for a number. See attached flow.

NEW Version 1.1: Phone vibrates for 30 seconds, long enough for answering machine to kick in, then ends the call and sets the ring mode back to normal. Optional: don't end the call if you want the option to answer the call in meetings (just delete the "end call" action.)
