Posting this to help anyone looking for how to run a Termux script from Automagic.

Install Termux Widget https://termux.com/add-on-widget.html. Set up the script in $HOME/.shortcuts/ directory in Termux.

From Automagic use the Action: Launch Shortcut, and select Termux single shortcut.
