Can you read text to caller?

I'm guessing it's not possible, but:
Is there a way I could read a text/variables to someone that is calling me?
I'm thinking to maybe leave a phone at home so that I can call it and have it tell me, let's say, the public IP of my wifi. So I don't want to use SMS because it would mean using two sms.

The problem is that if you divide using integers it asumes that the output will be an integer so it deletes the decimals.
