This method works but it keeps flow active until the sleep time has depleted..

Hi Lucy
Why do you need 2m sleep action? Use sleep 2s instead.

I like to have the opportunity to read the notification.
If i use the 2 second option then i will miss the notification. That is not what i want

fine.

Naw that doesnt help my situation. There is no way around it. Simply if there is a timer to be tracked by any app then something needs to be active to count that, i understand this. I was just stating it

Oh ok... i will give it a go. But still either way, app, hardware, etc, something needs to be active to count but yes that solution actually seems the best in regards to resources and wotnot.. thank you

Hmm... i tried it and it still works the same way. And i have no issue with it. Im not looking for a solution to stop it. Either option keeps the flow active and it naturally would do so. Like ive said, to use any sort of timer or sleep pattern means to have that particular thing remain active... its obvious!
