I used to have the ability to enable and disable the data Saver feature. I'm now getting a flow error for this action. Is this a known issue?

I can't find this action and never remember ever use this. Probably it has been remove in version 1.36.0.

Unfortunately root actions might not work on some devices. What device model and Android version are you using? Could you please also send the log to me after the action failed (menu->Log, menu->Send Log)?

I am 2 months behind on security updates. So I can perform them manually this weekend to see if that resolves this issue which seems to have manifested out of the blue.

Applied available updates and the issue still persists.
