If anyone interested in Swatch Internet Time ( @beats ), I created a flow just using the same script http://www.swatchclock.com/ uses. Maybe it can be optimized better but it is ok for me, for now..
1 widget that shows the beat. updates every 5s.
1 flow that calculates and updates when screen is on. updates every 10s.
