Re: disabled flows list
Hi, (not Desmanto) but thought I'd weigh in... How about just create a small file (or even hard code the list in the script) that contained a table of: notification trigger word, flow name notification trigger word, flow name notification trigger word, flow name... Since you must have written the sc...

Re: Crashing on Pie
I just moved my scripts over to a a OnePlus 7Pro (running 9/Pie + 9.5.11 Oxygen) and had some issues, but so far crashing isn't an issue. First thing I would check settings to ensure that AM is not power/battery optimized. A tool I used to look at the android log is this: logcat https://play.google....

Re: Known Issues on Android Q
I am calculating the damage projections if this restriction implemented (as per now) This will most likely affects more than half of my total flows (219), which is about 100 flows, as I use Input Dialog a lot. Google is pulling new trick again on these 2. Google (or should I call skynet) really tur...

Re: Set alarm without duplicating
Does the alarm clock monitor the sqlite file for modifications? Just did a quick test using Automagic's set alarm and added it a new alarm via my default alarm app. Once the alarm has fired the alarm xtreme app disables the alarm - just as Martin noted. It's under the control of the alarm app... th...

Re: Set alarm without duplicating
I'm looking into doing something similar for voice activated reminders... e.g. "Remind me in 2 hours to..." I use "Alarm Clock Xtreme" https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alarmclock.xtreme.free&hl=en (note: I use the older V4.0.1 - newer versions reportedly have issues) as my goto alar...

Re: Built-in flow stack variable
what is the python backend server? I use cherrypy.org . It's basic but is lightweight, very reliable and handles JSON. you do not necessarily need to use a global var (global_prev_flow). Simply use prev_flow (non global var). Yes, I could. I recall having an absolutely brilliant reason for using gl...

Built-in flow stack variable
My main automagic use is to handle home/personal automation tasks like acting on voice commands, speaking aloud reminders/info, turning on/off things, and accessing the net for news/weather/misc info. To achieve this I use a couple dozen flows (along with a python backend server). Most of the flows ...

Re: Game ideas for the holidays
I liked doing treasure hunting games with my kids when they were little. If your phone has RFID and you have a few tags, you could hide the tags around the house and give them clues to find them. The instructions would lead them to where the next tag is hidden and by putting the phone on/over the it...
